You may not use UGCly to generate videos that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

5. Intellectual Property

UGCly and its contents, including but not limited to, the AI creators, scripts, and videos, are the intellectual property of UGCly and its licensors.

You do not acquire any ownership or intellectual property rights in UGCly or its contents
You must not reproduce, modify, or distribute UGCly or its contents without permission

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall UGCly be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or related to your use of UGCly.

UGCly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
You assume all risk and liability for your use of UGCly

7. Termination

UGCly may terminate your access to and use of UGCly at any time, with or without cause, and without notice.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of UGCly and its contents
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration
The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association

You must pay the applicable fee for your use of UGCly, as set forth on the UGCly website.

You must pay the fee in advance, prior to using UGCly
The fee is non-refundable, except as provided in these Terms

13. Refund Policy

UGCly offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for its services.

If you are not satisfied with UGCly, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase
The refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment

15. Security

UGCly takes reasonable measures to protect the security of its website and services.

UGCly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

UGCly does not warrant that its services will meet your requirements
UGCly does not warrant that its services will be uninterrupted or error-free

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UGCly and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claims, damages, or expenses, arising out of or related to your use of UGCly.

You must cooperate with UGCly in the defense of any claim
You must pay any judgment or settlement arising out of any claim
